Give the whole West bank to Israel. Create a Palestinian state in Saudi Arabia. The Saudi's to determine how much land they give for a Palestinian state. What Palestinians will not fit within this state, shall be disbursed to other Islamic nations in the region, proportionally according to population. Start cutting off the money that finance terrorists. Any time a suicide bomber kills an Israeli, send a jet to take out a Saudi oil refinery, and eventually they will stop financing terror. It is no accident that 15 men who attacked the USA came from Saudi Arabia. It is no accident that the CIA and FBI are not able to figure this out. Any bombs go off in Israel, an oil refinery in Islamic territory is blown up. If every oil refinery in the Mid East has to be blown up to stop the terrorism, so be it. When you cut off the purse, the bombings will slow down.
Warn those who work at oil refineries to get new jobs, for they will be hit, and the taking of innocent life is not desired. Encourage the environmentalists in the USA to get in line with this program, as rising oil prices will force car manufacturers to develop high mileage cars --- which will in turn lessen the need for oil and spur alternative energy sources. We are asking that the Israeli cabinet vote on this peace proposal as early as possible. No Arab heads of state shall be invited.
